We used to see Rick Schroeder at stake activities; his wife was Primary Pres. for Pacific Palisades when we lived in Santa Monica five years ago. Super nice family. He was my roomate at the Y. Great guy. I only mention that because in some interviews she makes it sound as if the whole family left the Church. I don't know if has been spurred by the Mormon issue and Romney campaign or what. I first recall seeing it in interviews w/ Brandon Flowers of the Killers and that was a few years before Romney came on the scene. Plus, Flowers professes he is a faithful Mormon, just with his lapses. Since then it seems like every third new rising star is a former Mormon (slight exaggeration).
